1 - 2 weeks
Immersion is focused on gaining definition and alignment on the core project objectives, milestones and deliverables.

Immersion kicks-off with a full-day onboarding session with your core project team, and concludes with alignment on a Project Charter.

REVEAL

2 - 6 weeks
Discovery involves deep exploration of the consumer, category, channel and company to generate a rich set of insights, observations and data points.

From this we define Strategic Hypotheses that represent potential areas of exploration as we focus in on an innovation strategy.

ASPIRE

2 - 4 weeks
During the Synthesis phase, we continue to test and explore the strategic hypotheses to help inform an Innovation Strategy and a set of Innovation Platforms. 

Together these define where and how we should focus innovation to provide a robust foundation for ideation.

OUTPUT - Solution Development (Phase 02)

XPAND

2 - 4 weeks
Development begins the journey of defining and articulating potential innovation solutions.

This phase if focused on generating a broad set of early-stage ideas called Notions that we use to generate learning both with the internal cross-functional team, and with consumers or customers. 

IMPLEMENT

1 - 2 weeks
The Notions are translated into stimulus for an intensive qualitative evaluation exercise in which we explore relevance, uniqueness and appeal with target consumers.

Informed by this research, a subset of the Notions are prioritized and move forward to the Design phase.

SOLVE

4 - 8 weeks
Design involves the  evolution of lead Notions into a portfolio of innovation Solutions.

Each Solution is brought to life through positioning, branding and design, supported by a business case and strategic rationale, and delivered ready for stakeholder assessment and research.

Client | An extremely large, globally known, American stock exchange.

TASK | Stock Exchange Fault Monitoring

A large stock exchange was needed to
predict system failures. When these failures occurred, trading could be halted, causing damage.

Our task was to predict failures before they occurred so that technical teams could respond before systems shut down.

Client: A well known UK bank

Task: Retail Banking Attrition Prediction

Customer retention and support is a necessary feature of any bank, with customer attrition being a particularly key aspect. The client company, sought to develop a scalable solution that could predict which customers were likely to leave via the ingestion of customer data.

Client: A European FinTech working on behalf of an extremely well known NGO

Task: Satellite Monitoring

Large NGO’s spend tens of billions of dollars a year on developing infrastructure and essential services in Africa. The size of the continent means it is difficult to establish the effectiveness of NGO spend in helping develop this infrastructure. The client sought to develop a scalable solution that could provide the consistent monitoring required for this NGO.

Task: Price Discrimination

Retailers and service providers spend an extensive amount of time and money determining the perfect price point for their products in order to maximise profit and reach. By harnessing the power of artificial intelligence, our code can find the optimal price point not only for individual products, but for individual customers, faster and with less risk than ever before.
